Victoria Curtin has practiced in the field of complex commercial litigation throughout her career. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including significant trial experience. Since 1998, she has worked as co-counsel on many of Mr. Lisa's patent litigation and licensing matters. Ms. Curtin graduated from Stanford Law School, J.D. 1981, Order of the Coif; and U.C. Berkeley, A.B. 1978, Phi Beta Kappa. Admissions: State of California; State of Arizona; U.S. Courts of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and Federal Circuit; various U.S. District Courts. Upon graduation from law school, she served as clerk to the Honorable Marilyn Hall Patel, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
