Jeffrey C. Konicek is a technical consulting expert to the patent bar and industry with over 20 years of experience. He as worked with Mr. Lisa throughout that period, and has been involved in all facets of patent prosecution, enforcement, litigation, infringement analysis, validity analysis and licensing issues. Mr. Konicek obtained his BSEE with honors (1981) and MSEE (1983) from the University of Illinois, Urbana. He has worked in industry, research and development, and academia as an electrical engineer for his entire professional career, in such diverse areas as computers, control systems, power systems, speech recognition, aerospace, telecommunications, digital signal processing (DSP), the internet and other networking structures, and VLSI circuit design and testing. Mr. Konicek also has extensive background in mechanical systems, in system packaging and manufacture and software design and development.
