Mr. Rudy is a Patent Attorney with over twenty years experience in the Intellectual Property Field. He has worked for several Fortune 500 corporations each having aggressive patent prosecution and enforcement operations. For the last seven years he has specialized in patent procurement and licensing matters, and has worked as co-counsel on many of Mr. Lisa's matters. Mr. Rudy is a 1970 graduate of Lawrence Institute of Technology, and worked as an Industrial Engineer for The Firestone Tire and Rubber Company. After taking the Patent Bar Exam, he practiced as a Patent Agent for the International Harvester Company in Chicago. He then pursued a law degree at Lewis University College of Law, now Northern Illinois University College of Law, where he graduated in the top quarter of his class.
